Admission Requirements


Students applying for admission must comply with the following admission requirements:

Requirements:
  1. Entrance Examination: IQ and Aptitude (*Entrance Examination is administered starting November of each school year)

  2. Applicants must submit the following credentials:
    • Form 138-A (report card)
    • Entrance Test Results
    • Certificate of good moral character, signed by the Principal of the previous school attended
    • Baptismal Certificate (for Catholics)
    • Medical Certificate
    • 2 pieces photocopies of Birth Certificates in National Statistics Office Security Paper (NSO SECPA)
    • 2 pieces recent 2 x 2 ID Picture (white background)

  3. Personal Interview
